Casa Abuelo

This house is located in the municipality of Alameda, Málaga, belonging to the northeastern region of Antequera.

It has access through two parallel streets, the main entrance is on Calle Cañada, and the entrance after the garage is on Calle Alta.

It is in good condition.

Upon entering we have a hall, and further on a double bedroom on the ground floor, we continue advancing and there is a living room and further on, the living-dining room, with access to the kitchen and the patio.
In the patio we have a bathroom with a shower.
There are also stairs which go up to a second patio where there is a pantry and a laundry room.
If we continue up the stairs, we have the terrace with views of the mountain, and an annex, which is currently used as a storage room.
From the terrace you access the garage.

The second floor consists of 3 double rooms, one of them with a balcony facing the street and with views of the mountains.
There is also another full bathroom with a bathtub.

It is connected to the water and electricity supplies.
