It is located in the municipality of Villanueva de Algaidas, belonging to the province of Málaga.
One hour from Malaga, Córdoba or Granada.

When we enter the house there is a hallway with several annexes, one of them the living-dining room, kitchen with fireplace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
At the end of the hallway, the patio with a hand washing sink, bathroom with shower, storage room, and also has an orange tree. There is a covered part of the patio for a dining area, and stairs to a terrace with views.

On the upper floor there is a large living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and four double bedrooms.

It is connected to water and electricity supplies.
