Casa Rute

This house is located in the town of Rute, a town in Códoba, and only 20 minutes from the town of Iznájar and its Lake.

It is a two-floor house.
On the first floor, upon entering there is a hall, if we continue forward we find a large, very particular living-dining room, and a stone decoration, the living room has air conditioning, fireplace, breakfast bar and kitchen with gas hob. At the entrance to the patio there is a kind of room with a single bed.
The patio is very pretty and cheerful, it has an ornamental well.

On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, one simple with a bunk bed, one en suite with a bathtub and bidet, and another simple one with a single bed.

It is connected to the water and electricity supplies.
