La Cerca

“La Cerca” is a magnificent house located in the neighbourhood of La Atalaya. This belongs to the municipality of Villanueva de Algaidas. This beautiful neighbourhood has about 300 neighbors where you can find a bar and a small supermarket. Although the town of Villanueva de Algaidas is only two minutes away by car where you will find more shops, bars, restaurants or anything else you might need because it is a village of 4000 habitants approximately.

The city of Antequera is only half an hour away and the cities of Malaga, Granada or Cordoba it´s just only an hour.

This beautiful house which give access to two streets  located in a quiet area next to a small playground.

The house has two floors with a garage and a also an interior patio. On the ground floor we have a nice and wide entrance. On the left there is a huge living room which is also very bright. It has several windows to both streets. On the right there is a large dining room with air conditioning: This room also gives access to a fully furnished kitchen with a large pantry. From the kitchen there is also access to a nice interior patio with a laundry, toilet and access to the garage.

We ascend to the first floor by a wide and beautiful wooden staircase. Upstairs we find on the first floor three bedrooms of which two of them are double with balconies. One of them with air conditioning, a complete bathroom and a terrace half-covered
